down with the sickness

Last Thursday I discovered I was infected... Acute viral rhinopharyngitis, a contagious viral infectious disease of the upper respiratory system, primarily caused by rhinoviruses, or coronaviruses.. Yes.. I had the common cold. Blah!!! Guess I can't complain too much. It was Thanksgiving 2008 since I was previously sick. I was good and took it easy for a few days and as a result my miles per week dropped below 200 for the first time in over a year... :-(
