Stony XC

Dang, and I had been looking forward to this race but I definitely did not feel great today. Not 100% sure why I was so off today but I'm gonna blame the Prednisone I'm taking after my exposure to poison ivy at Fort Custer. 

I looked up the side effects on the interweb..

Prednisone side effects
Muscle weakness, headache, blurred vision, nausea, feeling short of breath, leg discomfort, stomach pain...

Ouch, I had them all... :-(
