For the very first time....

... yoga.

In an attempt to keep up with the
German..  And yes, to try and get the back fixed up.. I did my first ever yoga class..  It was Weird..  But I got to admit the back felt better after...  I plan to do some more classes..  I think I could really do without the wonderful spiritual journey of oneness...  But then I guess it wouldn't be yoga, ey?

I'm guessing you're more excited about the eye candy that usually shows up for yoga classes! Pilates is another good way to strengthen the core and it tends to stay away from the journey.

So where did you end up going to?

The place I was at also did the "oommm" thing, wonder if that's part of the whole deal?

Already got your yoga mat? I got mine ordered...

Dr Lisa suggested "yoga shelter".. No mat yet but it's probably not far off..

Eye candy? Yep! :-) Yeah. I should check that out pilates too...

Pick up a couple DVD's for home use. You get all the benefits from Yoga with out the spiritual aspect. Yoga Zone and Yoga Crunch.

Yoga sucks when done from a dvd. Keep going to the classes. You can get stronger, looser, improve your concentration, and watch gorgeous women bend over right in front of you. That would qualify as multiple benefits, in my book.

Yeah. Looking at girls is fun, and I'm not sure I'd be disciplined enough to do a dvd yet, so probably classes for now...
