W i n t e r R i d e C h a l l e n g e S e r i e s

Hmmmmm..... The WRCS.... I have had a few friends ask when that starts up again or if I plan any changes to the format, etc... Honestly I have been trying to decide if I do it at all.. Yikes! Don't get me wrong. I enjoy leading the rides and playing around with all the silly points stuff, but no doubt it's kind of a big commitment... I think I might ask for some more ride leader help this year at the least.. Maybe a guest ride leader a couple time a week... That would be a big help...

If it means we will keep the ride going, I will volunteer my services to lead some rides. You cannot do this to me...I have trained all summer just to secure my chances at a good finish in the WRCS. All the sweat, all the miles, all the races...they have simply been prep for your silly points challenge. If you take this away, you'll take a little piece of my soul away too...I hope you're happy.

I am very willing to help out.
"Ride leader" sounds like a good chance to keep Pete behind me.
Where he belongs!!

Good. Don't do it. Everyone should just rest and take it easy, sleep in on the weekends, eat a lot of food, drink a lot of beer and reeeeeelax. Print out a first place certificate for Tim and call it good. Let's hope for snow and x-country ski instead!!!

Hey Jay, I was just in Chi-town and heard they build this 2000 foot tall tower right on the Chicago River. Penthouse runs for 40 Million. Can't afford it by myself - how much money do you have?

Hey kids,

I'm thinking I do 3 days a week this year instead of 4.. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays... That gives me "at the least" a day off between each ride to recharge my ride leader batteries.... And I'm also thinking it's gona be a January, February, March time frame this year... Also, yes! I will be having you guys help with leading the rides... I think I may have 10 guest ride leaders during the WRCS this year... Look to see if you finished among the top ten riders that still live in michigan and yeah, you are one of the lucky ones....
